Subscription Billing & Automatic Refills
Your hair restoration treatment is delivered on an automated recurring schedule to support consistent, uninterrupted results:
- Automated Refill Schedule: Your prescription is valid for up to 12 months. The system schedules the next refill approximately 7 calendar days before the current medication supply is expected to run out, to ensure timely compounding and delivery. Your patient dashboard will show the Next Refill Date, when the refill order is generated and the payment method on file is charged.
- Notice: Currently, the system runs on an automatic refill schedule and does not send an advance email or text reminder before the next refill. Once the refill has been successfully charged and processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the charge and upcoming shipment details. If the payment fails, the patient also receives an email requesting that they update their payment information.
- Cancellation & Changes: You can pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Patient Dashboard. Modifications or cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the Next Refill Date. Once an order is billed and routed to the pharmacy for dispensing, prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded.
- Annual Clinical Renewal: When your prescription expires after the 12 month period, automatic orders will pause until you complete a mandatory medical check-in with a licensed provider. A standard consultation fee will be billed when you submit your annual renewal evaluation; continued treatment remains subject to physician review and clinical approval.
