Prescription Validity & Clinical Consultations
Your weight loss treatment follows clinical guidelines to support your progress safely and effectively:
- Prescription Validity: Prescriptions are valid only for the duration of your prescribed bundle—either a 1-month or maximum 3-month supply with no automatic refills.
- Clinical Visits: 1-month prescriptions require monthly follow-up consultations. For 3-month prescriptions, your complete supply ships upfront, and follow-ups are only required every three months. The standard consultation fee applies at the time of renewal, and ongoing care remains subject to your provider’s clinical evaluation and approval.
- Save with 3-Month Bundles: Each medical evaluation incurs a consultation fee. Opting for a 3-month bundle (where available and clinically appropriate) minimizes required visits, consolidating your check-ins and reducing overall care costs, subject to medical provider approval.
- Cancellations & Adjustments: You may modify or cancel orders through your Patient Dashboard under Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions before processing. Once an order is billed and routed to the pharmacy for dispensing, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded.
